This trip is for people who want a real Caribbean adventure — not a resort holiday. You’re curious about sailing, love the ocean, and want to combine multiple activities in one trip. Sailing, snorkelling, freediving, kitesurfing, hiking — there’s something for everyone. You don’t need sailing or kitesurfing experience. What matters is your mindset, willingness to be part of a team, try new things, and live close to nature for two weeks. This trip works well for couples, travel buddies, and solo adventurers who want a mix of action and downtime. Not for you if you want a luxury charter, a fixed schedule, or a party boat. We value early mornings, clear heads, and being present with nature and each other.

You are part of the crew. That means helping with sailing, cooking, and daily life on the catamaran. This is a shared experience, not a service. Days are shaped by the trade winds. The general direction is set, but the exact route and stops depend on weather, conditions, and the energy of the crew. Some days are active, sailing longer passages, exploring islands, kitesurfing. Other days are slower, swimming, reading, floating in a quiet bay. The catamaran is spacious and comfortable, but it’s still a boat. You share a cabin, live outdoors most of the time, and adapt to the rhythm of the sea. Most nights are spent at anchor in beautiful bays rather than in marinas. You swim and snorkel straight from the boat. In return, you get two weeks of Caribbean island life that no resort or cruise can offer — real, unscripted, and powered by wind.

The trip starts and ends in Martinique. Fly into Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport (FDF). The marina is a short taxi ride from the airport. We meet at the marina on Day 1 in the afternoon. Exact meeting time, marina location, and directions will be shared after booking confirmation. If you want to arrive a day early to settle in or explore Martinique before departure, we can share recommendations for nearby accommodation. You arrange your own flights and transport to and from the marina.

Pack light. A soft bag or duffel, no hard suitcases. Essentials: swimwear (you’ll live in it), light layers, a rain jacket, reef-safe sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, comfortable shoes for walking on shore, and a head torch. If you’re planning to kitesurf and have your own gear, check with us in advance — space is limited but we can usually accommodate boards and kites. Leave anything you’d be upset to lose or get salty. Everything gets damp on a boat. A full packing list will be shared before departure.

The catamaran is professionally maintained, inspected by certified marine technicians, and equipped with modern safety and navigation systems. A safety briefing is part of the first day onboard. The professional crew is experienced and qualified. You are responsible for being honest about your health, fitness, swimming ability, and any conditions that may affect your time at sea. Travel insurance is required and must cover sailing and water activities. We adapt to weather and sea conditions at all times. Safety always comes first.
