One of the big drives for us is to make ocean adventure more accessible. Via the network, meet-ups, resources, and our trips we aim to accelerate your ocean nomads journey.

Some of us have time, some of us have money. Not very often we have both. We believe our trips are the fastest way to transform your life into one closer to an ocean nomads lifestyle with the insights, skills but above all deep connections build on trips, and the investment comes back to you multifold.

That said, we recognize that not everyone can financially commit to a trip like our upcoming Offshore Sailing Masterclass (March 19–29, Canary Islands). This adventure is a serious offshore training expedition, requiring a significant investment to ensure it’s done safely, responsibly, and impactfully. We rent a boat for 2 weeks so we can go beyond the 7-day fast charter, and we hire one of our best skippers: Thomas van Thiel , who also has his own vessel.

Scholarship & Work Exchange Opportunities Available!

Over the years, we’ve been able to give back by offering scholarships and perks to dedicated members. While it’s more challenging on this offshore adventure due to high costs, we want to remind you that these kind of opportunities exists for work & skill exchanges (when our budget allows), to help make this experience more accessible and move this movement together. We are in need of extra hands on deck in many areas.  But you do need to take action to jump on this 🙂 As always, as an Ocean Nomads member, you always get priority!

Our upcoming trip is aimed at those looking to sail the world some day on their own boat or are looking to level up skills to simply gain more confidence at sea.
